Meet The Bros

Three Bros Windows didn’t begin as a business, it began as three brothers who grew up side by side, learning the value of hard work from our family long before we ever held a squeegee. We were raised to take pride in what we do, to treat people well, and to build things with our own hands. What started as a small idea between brothers “Let’s clean a few windows and see where it goes” slowly became something much bigger than any of us expected.

At first, it was simple: a ladder in the back of an old truck, long summer days, and the hope that someone would give us a chance. We knocked on doors, introduced ourselves, and cleaned every window as if it belonged to our own home. People didn’t just notice the clean windows, they noticed the care. The conversations on the porch. The pride we took in every job. The fact that we were brothers building something together. And little by little, house by house, our name began to mean something in our Kansas community. 

 

As the years passed, our business grew not because of flashy ads or big budgets but because neighbors trusted us, recommended us, and believed in what we were building. We invested in better equipment, trained ourselves to serve at a higher level, and held onto the values that shaped us: honesty, effort, and treating everyone like family.
